## Security & Privacy

SPLEN is designed around non-custodial transfers and private claim links.

### Non-custodial

SPLEN does not take custody of user assets.

Transfers are held by the escrow contract until they are claimed or refunded.

### Private claim keys

Claim keys are contained within the private claim link and are not sent to SPLEN's servers.

### User control

The recipient chooses the wallet that receives the assets during the claim process.

Users should always protect their claim links and only share them with the intended recipient.
